Toolvo provides a workspace for business messaging: phone numbers provisioned through third-party providers, a two-way SMS inbox, a wallet ledger, and API access. By creating an account you agree to these terms and to the Acceptable Use Policy.
Accounts are reviewed before activation, and we may decline or suspend an account at our discretion, including for incomplete verification or policy violations. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
Numbers are licensed, not sold; they remain the property of the provisioning provider and are assigned to your account while your account is active and funded. Availability by country and type varies and is confirmed before assignment.
Services are prepaid through your wallet. Number rentals and sent messages are debited as they occur, itemised in your ledger. Refund requests are reviewed; approved refunds are credited to your wallet or returned through the original payment route where possible.
You may only message recipients for legitimate business purposes and in line with applicable law and our Acceptable Use Policy. You are responsible for the content you send and the replies you receive through your numbers.
Delivery depends on third-party providers and carriers; we do not guarantee delivery of any single message. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the month the issue occurred.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms; unused wallet balances on accounts closed for violations may be withheld where fraud is involved, as permitted by law.
We may update these terms; the current version always lives on this page, and continued use of the service means acceptance of the updated terms.
