We collect the information needed to run your workspace: account details (name, email, phone), verification documents you submit for review, the numbers assigned to you, message records for those numbers (sender, recipient, content, status and cost), wallet transactions, and technical logs such as IP addresses for security and auditing.
Your data is used to operate the service: provisioning numbers, delivering and receiving messages, maintaining your wallet ledger, preventing abuse, and providing support. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use message content for advertising.
Data is shared only with the SMS providers that provision your numbers and carry your messages, and where we are legally required to disclose it. Providers receive the data needed to carry the traffic you send and receive.
Message records are retained for 90 days by default and then deleted or anonymised. Account and billing records are kept for as long as your account is active and for the period required by accounting and legal obligations. Audit logs are retained to protect the integrity of the platform.
Provider credentials and API keys are stored hashed or encrypted, access inside Toolvo is role-based, and consequential actions are recorded in an audit log. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your workspace protected.
You can update your profile from your account area, revoke API keys at any time, and contact us about access to or deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
